Faestock Standard License Agreement

BY  DOWNLOADING OR USING THE DIGITAL PRODUCT OR RECEIVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO WHICH THIS AGREEMENT RELATES YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT’S TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT’S TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE DIGITAL PRODUCT. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.

Part one - General Terms

Subject to the Terms and Restrictions set out in this agreement, I hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, licence to download, use and modify the Product in whole or in part in the creation of derivative works within the scope of permitted uses.the following terms and conditions apply to the following forms of commercial licences for the Product:

• for personal use on an unlimited number of personal projects that are not used or distributed in any commercial manner;
• respect to one commercial Work, with up to a maximum of, as applicable, 20,000 sales of the Work or 20,000 monthly views of the Work.

Examples of commercial work may include: Printed in physical form as part of product packaging and labelling (including, without limitation, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, puzzle and board games, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, CD and DVD cover art), point of sale advertising, or in the copy of tangible media, (including magazines, newspapers, and books) provided no Image is reproduced more than 20,000 times in the aggregate.Digital reproduction, including on websites, in online advertising, in social media, in mobile advertising, mobile "apps", software, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs), in online media (including on video-sharing services such as YouTube and TikTok)

Part Two - Intellectual Proprietary Rights

• You must take all reasonable efforts to credit the copyright owner (Faestock), give attribution and post a link to https://faestock.com/ (if applicable)
• Faestock’  licenses do not entitle you to the File’s copyright and/or intellectual property rights. All copyright and/or other intellectual property rights to the File are reserved by Faestock.
• This is an individual license authorizing one natural person to license and use images, You may only share the Product with external people or entities if: You are collaborating with the external parties in the creation of your Work and you need to share the Product for that purpose, provided that any external party that receives the Product may only use it in your Work and must secure and limit access to the Product for that purpose. For any other use of the Product by any other party, that party must purchase a licence to the Product.

Part Three: Prohibited Use of Product

In addition to any other restrictions in this Agreement, you must not:

• publish, resell, sub-license, transfer offer or make available for sale or licensing, or otherwise distribute the Product to third parties; except as through a form of sharing that is authorized in this Agreement
• publish, distribute or make available the Product through any online clearinghouse or Generative AI or NFT platform.
• use the Product for any purpose that may be defamatory, pornographic, threatening, harmful or invasive of anyone’s privacy,  or  in the advertisement or endorsement of any political party, or that may otherwise violate any law or give rise to civil or other liability.

Faestock reserves the right to make changes, additions, corrections and edits to this Agreement in separate parts or in whole at any time and you agree to be bound by such changes. Such changes are legitimate and effective from the moment of their publication.
